Spread over a sprawling two-acre land of tranquility, (Vedacharya) Shri Ghaisas Guruji Vedpathshala in Pune strives to relive the idea of the ancient Gurukul education system. As described in our ancient texts, Gurukul is a sacred place where ‘Guru’ and ‘Shishya’ live in the same house, devote intense effort on learning and teaching of 4 Vedas and 6 Sciences and with ‘Guru Dakshina’ as the only consideration.

Revered as mother Goddess, and a symbol of wealth and purity, cow’s products Godugdha (milk), Goghruta (ghee), Gomutra (urine) and Gomaya (dung) are used for medicinal and environment purification purposes.
