Obligation/Duty of Life:

Learning and Teaching, not performed Pourohtya.
In this period, i.e. pre-dependence and post-dependence, Society was unaware about Vedas and was not acquainted with the significance of Vedas. Hence, to kindle the society for Vedvangmaya, and to convince that Vedas are universal and for the welfare of the whole world, he resolved firmly. With ‘First do it and then tell others’ this justification he had founded Vedpath Shala in memory of his teacher. This function was started in a very small space.

Upasana/Devotion:

The conduct and devotion strengthen thinking. For its achievement he performed a lot of difficult Anushthanas, Paraynas. In his own house, he offered abhishekaas by applying ‘Oum Gm’ beeja to ShriSiddhivinayaka in month of Shravan per year; and with the same Addhyayas daily offered Durvas to Ganesha. This Anushthan was ongoing for 32 days. He offered abhishekaas to his nearer ShriSiddhivinayaka minimum 4 to 5 times with 21 Aavruties. Simultaneously, staying at home he offered 108 Aavruties to ShriSiddhivinayaka.

An important Anushthan done in 1970, staying in the hut of coconut leaves at Shrikshetra Gokarna Mahabaleshwar, in Karnataka was Gayatri Purashcharan, means he recited Gayatri-Japa 24 lakh times. He had individually performed numerous such Anushthanas.

He offered his first Ghanaparayan sitting in front of his venerable deity, ShriGanesha at Shrikshetra Margaon, followed by Jataparayanas at Sholapur, Pune, Jalgaon and Krama Parayanas at many cities like Pune, Solapur, Ahadnagar, Kalyan, Thane, Miraj, Phaltan. He was bestowed for his activity with honour and testimonials by the citizens.

In memories of his teacher, he established Phatak Guruji Vidyarthi Anushthan Mandal in Pune and for 28 years made a Rugved Swahakar in the month Kartik in Shri Khunya Muralidhar Mandir. At this occasion he organized Pravachanmala/Series of lectures of Vedvangmaya scholars comprising of DattatreyaShastri Kavishwar, Aprabuddha, M. T. Sahasrabuddhe, Dr. V.G. Rahurkar, Dr D.B. Kerur, Sankeshwar Peethadhishwar Shankaracharya Jereswami Maharaj, Balshastri Hardas etc.

In 1962, when China attacked Bharat/India, he offered for enemy defeat 14 lakh Japa of Manu Sutras in Rugveda. He encouraged all Vedic Brahmins by giving them detail information about calamity on nation to for this Anushthan and it ended at Shivaji Mandir, Pune. The completion Yadnya was attended by Shri Yashvantrao Chavan, the then chief minister of Maharashtra, Shri Atal Bihari Bajpeyi, Leader of Janasangha and Shri Rambhau Mhalagi.

When drought fell on Bharat, he offered Parjanyasukta Anushthan from Rugveda in historical Omkareshvar Mandir. Such a great VedMaharshi had spent his life for Society. The result of his endeavours is ‘Ved Bhavan’ in Pune
